NEWFOUNDLAND DAMS
We added Newfoundlands in 2020. By then we were already long established 'Great Pyrenees people' by, and Newfoundlands are very similar & are actually descended in part from Pyrenees. The two breeds go hand in hand really organically. Anyhow, each one of our Newfoundland bitches was / is chosen for a reason. We look forward to many generations increasing in beauty, temperament, size, and health.
Great Pyrenees dams & Newfoundland-Pyrenees Dams
Us & Great Pyrenees go waaay back...like 20 years. Got a ton of respect for these dogs. Great Pyrenees are amazing. Our Great Pyrenees are carefully bred & chosen with each generation. It all started with an AKC hall of fame bloodline Pyrenees, from which the majority of our homebred Onward Acres are descended from.
AKC Onward Acres' Rose. True to her genetics, Rose is a large, elegant, exquisitely put together animal. Proven dam.
AKC Onward Acres Sage. Thunder x DK. Sage is a full younger sis to Tomahawk. She's a fancy Pyr with a sunny personality. Also a great dam.
AKC Onward Acres' Clover. Great Pyrenees Female. Tazer x Emerald. Clover is a beautifully linebred dog with an impeccable temperament. Proven dam.
Onward Acres' Serenity- Our pick bitch from Ibenholt x Emerald's 2024 litter. She will be a mother to purebred Pyr Newfs with Lightening & Vivaldi.
Onward Acres' Calypso- Our pick bitch puppy from Lightening x Zelda's summer 2025 litter. She's going to be an amazing adult Great Pyr-Newf.
AKC Zelda- exquisite Landseer Newf bitch, 130+ lbs. a classically great Newf that excels in all the things- build, temperament, reproductive strength.
AKC Dakota D. Brown Newfoundland- a very nice structured dog, & a great mother. She is currently raising chunky puppies from Ibenholt.
AKC reg. Muffin- Our exceedingly sound and mellow black Newfoundland female, mother of outstanding dogs.
